Trilogy Technologies partners with Ziptech Services UK
‘edge-point’ portal available to customers in UKTrilogy Technologies has announced a partnership with Ziptech Services, a London based IT support company, which will allow Ziptech to resell Trilogy’s ‘edge-point’ portal to companies in the UK.
Trilogy’s ‘edge/point’ portal provides organisations with an overview of their entire IT infrastructure including incident management, technical support, detailed reporting with change and problem management information. Easy to install and learn, it requires no capital outlay. ‘edge/point’ gives customers the flexibility to choose how much or how little participation they wish to have over the viewing of the health of their infrastructure. Ziptech Managing Director, Jim Simpson is positive about the partnership, the benefits it brings to clients and the increased reach it offers to his own company.
‘edge-point’ is constantly exploring the infrastructure for potential issues and resolving them before the user even knows about them. Benefits include the ability to achieve better systems performance and less downtime with fewer demands on internal IT resources and staff. ‘edge/point’ gives a seamless end-user experience with visibility into the client’s own infrastructure.
