Trilogy releases ‘edge/point mobile’ Managed Services Portal
Trilogy Technologies has launched ‘edge/point mobile’, building on the company’s ‘edge/point’ portal to provide customers with real-time access to critical information relating to their infrastructure while on the move. ‘edge/point mobile’ allows users real-time access to critical information on their infrastructure via their iPhone, iTouch, Blackberry or Android device.
The new mobile portal provides an enhanced, dynamic and personalised user experience, allowing quick and easy access to relevant information based on a user’s specific interest. This is a comprehensive view of their entire IT infrastructure including incident management, asset visibility, technical support, change control, high level recommendations and problem management information. Critical information such as alerts on incidents as they occur with filterable view of tickets with search functionality allowing drill down to ticket details and the ability to create new service tickets.
