Edel Creely together with the board was instrumental in the formation of Trilogy Technologies, following the acquisition of IT Focus and the merger of Team DBA.  Her ambition is to help Irish businesses achieve a powerful competitive edge from technology.  As Managing Director, Edel, has the determination and leadership to drive Trilogy as a market leader in the ICT industry in Ireland.  With over 20 years industry experience, Edel brings vision, technology leadership and organisational excellence to Trilogy.

Edel previously held the position of Managing Director with Datapac and has long established relationships with all of the key technology partners. Edel’s technology leadership is recognised across the industry, as she has served on many industry groups through the years including the Microsoft Partner Council and the VMware Partner Council. She is currently a serving member of the Executive Council of the Irish Software Association (ISA) and is Chair of the ISA working group on Product Management.

Edel was invited by the Government to participant at The Global Irish Economic Forum in 2009 and again in 2011.  In this forum globally connected Irish business leaders come together to to explore how the Irish at home and abroad, and those with a strong interest in Ireland, can work together and contribute to our economic recovery.

Having trained as a classical violinist from an early age culminating in a teaching qualification from the London Guildhall School of Music, Edel has performed with a number of Irish ensembles throughout the years and today plays regularly with The Hibernian Orchestra.

Edel graduated from Trinity College Dublin with a degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering and is a member of the Institute of Directors.
