As Technical Services Manager, Ian is responsible for the management of technical services, the help desk centre and professional services team.  Ian’s goal is to deliver exceptional customer service to all Trilogy Technologies clients.  Ian is totally customer orientated and delivers a world class service which is benchmarked against the best of breed worldwide.  He is committed to continually looking at ways to strengthen our service delivery.

 

Ian has over 20 years ICT industry experience.  Prior to this Ian held the position of Technical Services Manager for 9 years with a large Irish ICT provider.   He previously worked as a Senior Engineer with a number of leading ICT service providers.

 

Ian holds accreditations in Sales and Business Management from the Irish Management Institute and has a significant amount of technical qualifications from our leading technology partners.
