We believe that through embracing and correctly utilising technology a competitive edge can be delivered.  We are passionate about how technology can positively impact businesses and individuals.  We want to share our technology leadership and encourage others to develop their technical and personal skills too.

Following a lot of consideration we have chosen three areas within the community to support.  All groups that we support contribute to the community in their own unique way.  With this support we hope to enhance the development of individual’s technical and personal skills enabling them to aim high.

We believe that the development of personal skills and talents can greatly contribute to personal wellbeing and ambition.  We support two groups that we feel can nurture the imaginations of all ages.

2. Technology Education

We recognise that the strength of the technology sector in Ireland is heavily dependent on the knowledge and skills we possess.  Thus we are delighted to promote further education in this sector.  As part of our commitment to promoting technological education we sponsored The Smart Futures Online Career Fair, 2012.  Throughout this we actively communicated with students about the careers and opportunities in technology.


3. Industry Development

 

Ireland’s technological skills and knowledge is a crucial part of our story. We believe that those involved in the technology sector have a responsibility to support the on-going development of training and education for the sector  to ensure Ireland’s skillbase continues to be at the cutting edge.


Edel Creely, Managing Director of Trilogy is active in the development of the Technology Industry in Ireland.  Edel is a serving member of the Executive Council of The Irish Software Association (ISA) and is Chair of the ISA industry group on Product Management.  By dedicating her time to these associations, Edel contributes to the ongoing support and development of businesses in the technology industry.
